03:00pm Attendees are welcomed in Hotel du Mont Blanc, quai du Mont Blanc in Morges city (Switzerland).
Pedestrian tour or by touristic train tour around the 100,000 tulips gardens and pier.

06:00pm Apetizer meeting with Jacques Alain Dufaux and his friends Jean François Bernard and Bielmann Gachet at the Hotel du Mont Blanc.

Guided tour of the winery followed by tasting – under initiative of “Val Crème”, of genuine “Raclette du Valais AOC”.
