From 17 to 19 June 2011, Catherine FOGEL and the Guilde Internationale des Fromagers invites you to 429th and 430th Chapters in Copenhagen, Denmark.

PROGRAM

Friday, June 17

18:00 – Meet at the main entrance of Tivoli Vesterbrogade 3 for a guided tour of the gardens founded in 1843.

19:30 – Lunch at “Grøften” the oldest restaurant in Tivoli .

Saturday, June 18

09:00 – Departure from the hotel suggested by Catherine Fogel:

HOTEL KONG ARTHUR – Nørre Søgade 11-1370 Copenhagen. NOTICE: Password for lower rate booking: “FROMAGERS“.

10:30 to 12:00 – KNUTHENLUND tour followed by dairy visit.

12:30 – 1st Chapter. In the presence of Minister of Food Henrik Høgh.

13:30 – Lunch in the open air with the typical products of the Lolland area. Danish cheese tasting never delivered outside the country.

15:30 – Back to Copenhagen. Free time.

19:30 – 2nd Chapter at the Odd Fellow Palace followed by dinner conducted by EIM BOSTLUND, one of the best new generation Chef. He will show the contrast between the traditional cuisine of Grøften and the new Danish cuisine.

Sunday, June 19

09:30 – Departure from the hotel suggested by Catherine Fogel: HOTEL KONG ARTHUR – Nørre Søgade 11-1370 Copenhagen.

10:00 to 12:00 – Go for a scenic tour from Nyhavn on Canals of Copenhagen.

12:30 – Lunch in the picturesque district of Nyhavn and goodbyes.
